Wholesaling 2015

Hello fellow BP members!  I'm pretty new to the site, i.e. less than 1 week!  I've been looking around reading blog posts and listening to podcast's.  I'm new to real estate and am interested in rehabbing/flipping as well as wholesaling. For someone with limited funds, it seems that wholesaling is a great way to start.  I've noticed that nearly all of the blog posts on wholesaling are a couple years old.

I'm sure that wholesaling is still a great way to start.  Anyone out there currently doing wholesaling?  What's your opinion of wholesaling?

Thanks!!
