Buying a mobile home park

Hi Everyone,

My wife and I are looking for advise on buying a mobile home park for investment purposes.

We have experience with single family homes and a 6 unit apartment building but none at all with a mobile home park.

Any advise and guidance you all have will be greatly appreciated.
