Seller Financing properties
I have recently been looking into acquiring my next property through seller financing. The major problem with the listed owner carry properties is that they are overpriced. There have been a couple that make sense, but the majority of the numbers don't work out. I have been looking in areas where I have other properties and know the surrounding rents. After estimating expenses, they just seem too high. Anyone else see this?
