Good evening. I hope everyone is selling well. My question is what is the best way to market to sellers and get results?

Great question!  There are so many good answers and suggestions you can use to your advantage.   What kind of property do you want to purchase?  What is your target market? Do you have a marketing or business plan?  are you just starting a business?

Thank you Victoria for the reply. I'm in central California in search of single family homes to lease. My target market has been for sale by owners, craiglist renters and Pre-Foreclosures. My marketing strategy has been primarily online. It has helped me grow a buyers list but not enough sellers. I seem to be behind the a step, for I get to the sellers after they've made other commitments. I realize it's a numbers game. I've learned a few strategies for example door knocking packets, and yellow letters. I have been in business for a short while. I am employed at a full time job that I plan to leave behind as soon as possible. Any assistance is appreciated. I am open to any suggestions. Thank you again for your reply.
