What is wholesale investor value
Hello Community,
I have a deal analyzer that gives me a profit summary after I input different values related to the deal. For example, I input as -is MLS value, after-repair value, purchase price, etc. One of the fields is wholesale investor value and I'm not sure what this one is. Can anyone help?
