Wholesaler want to much for his property?!? Find a creative solution..
Anyone ever find that wholesalers want to much for their property? I recently did a win-win transaction with a wholesaler even though he wanted 10k more than I was willing to pay for the property on the front end. Check out my creative solution. :)
