Hello everyone my name is James. Everyone I talked to keeps telling me to look into real estate and that it is a lucrative market. So now I am definitely interested. I'm active duty Army and just trying to start up some conversations about how to go about it, what would I be getting into, good properties. Sorry if I sound crazy, I'm just trying to set up for success. Feel free to reply.
