Hello everyone,

I am reading a book about multifamily rentals and I want to ask you what the expression "flat roofs" means?

Thank you!!

@Mercedes Cantero

a flat roof is a roof that has minimal slope to it.  This is different than a pitched roof, which does have slope.  Imagine you're watching a movie, and there's a rooftop chase scene where they're running through people's hanging laundry and past television antennas ... those are flat roofs.
