How Much Should You spend on your first flip in live?

I have recently graduated college with a Bachelors in May. A few weeks ago I decided that I wanted to go back for my masters but was overwhelmed with the cost. So i thought to myself if I put that degree on hold what is a smart way I can pay for continuing my education without being in thousands of dollars in debt. I decided to think smart and big and see what opportunities I could gain from getting into the investment business. I came across Brandon Turner's article " How to Invest in Real Estate at a Young Age" and he gave me great advice. As a recent graduate who is interested in doing a flip in live what do you suggest I spend on my first investment? And what advice can you offer someone who is 22 getting started into the business :)
