Bay Area Condos/Townhouse wanted

Good Afternoon, 

I work in South San Francisco and I'm looking to buy a condo/townhouse in the bay area. What I pay in rent is the equivalent of a mortgage payment, but condos here have HOAs for $350 to $450 for properties without a pool, gym or any other amenities. That's insane. Anyone have any condos or townhouses they want to sell with reasonable HOAs, please message me.
