How do you fund multiple properties?
How do you fund multiple properties?
Example: Say I have $200,000 cash and want to buy 8 properties by putting down $25,000 down on each property ( each property is $100,000). I understand that most banks will not finance that. Can someone knowledgeable let me know how to accomplish this? Thanks.
