Hey guys,

I'm officially two weeks out on closing my first multi-family property. I'll be living in one of the units as well. Just wanted to get anyone's thoughts on some final things they do before the big day. Any small things you guys have forgotten or wish you had done differently before the move? Any last minute prep ideas?

Thanks all for the advice over the last year or so. BP has had a great impact on this journey!
