Is there a good site to research if a home may have back taxes owed?

I think I'm too young to be old but I'm so tired of this kind of thing.  Messages in my inbox or PM everyday that ask for specific help. Even phone message. Rarely is there a salutation or close, lots of times not even a full name.  Just give me give me.  I'm a believer in the internet bringing free info to everyone, that's why I'm here.  But it's exhausting and depressing to see how many people don't even try to help themselves and want something for nothing.  End of rant.
