buying a fix and flip

Im new to REI. I cant seem to find a house to work on. I see them run down and for sale as much as the rest of the houses that a bit nicer. anyone know where i can find a good deal ?

If you are new to real estate investment then you should know regarding this. You should either take an expert advice or you may go for a real estate agent. Better luck this time.

Listen to the podcasts , get active on the forums & set up key word alerts to be notified when people are discussing topics you're interested in. 

EVERYthing you need to be successful in REI is here on BP, but you have to educate yourself and take action daily.
