I need help now, on a vacant prop deal.

Newbie  first real deal. I have a contract AB contract with seller and right now I'm negoiating with the buyer to get a BC contract. My contract with the seller exp in 14 days the seller wants to counter on a as is vacant property that you can see right thru to the back he and inspection and a 21 day close with would take me past my deal with the seller. I think that I am losing the controll because the seller has is real estate agent brother handling everything.

I need help.
