Bank Owned deals...Where are they?!
I am a new investor in Southern California. I have been looking for bank owned deals for about 2 weeks now and seem to keep running into dead ends. I really want to get the process started on flipping a couple of properties, but I don't want to purchase at auction and I don't want a short sale. What resources can I use to find specifically bank owned properties where I can deal with an REO agent one on one?
