Purchase agreement
Dear BP,
This is my first deal. I spoke the son of the owner and got to agree to sell the house.
However, the title is in a trust. The owner(just one owner) the mother.
Questions:
1.Can I use the California standard residential purchase agreement as the contract?
2. Who should I put as the seller, the trust or the mother?
