Hey biggerpockets,

I am in the beginning stages of looking at 3/2 properties in the Ocala, Florida area. I have been running the numbers on quite a few properties but just when I think that I have factored everything in i realize there are all these extra costs I'm not factoring in.

Does someone have an quick way to calculate or estimate insurance, taxes, and other costs?

thank you,

Scott Goulet

Scott: You may be able to get property tax information from the county website which is Marion county. If you have insurance questions call you agent, give them an address, and ask what your estimated insurance costs will be.
