I am beginning to invest and flip properties.  I am starting Real Estate School in a couple of months.  Someone told me I would not be able to purchase properties for myself if I have a Georgia Real Estate License. Is this true?

Hi Sierra, you can absolutely buy and sell your own properties as an agent. I have found having a licenses makes investing easier and more profitable. You must disclose that you are an agent both on the purchase and sale. It's a great advantage.
