Making a Name for Yourself (Newbie's)
What type of action can a new investor take to make a name for themselves in their farm area. I want my name to be synonymous with real estate in my small town. How have/do BP's monster players make it happen?
Personally I've been thinking about joining multiple community based organization, connecting with dominate figures in the local area. I even plan on setting up an information booth at the next neighborhood event.
Has anyone thought about giving a presentation at their local real estate offices? Maybe give a short info session on working with investors.
Can you share some of the actions you've taken to increase your profile in the community?
