Is it possible to take out a loan for two properties
i have two properties I would like to purchase. Both properties are duplexes. I would like to rent them out. Both properties are currently rented. One is being managed by a Property Management company. I am not sure if the law allows you to take out two loans in the same month. Can someone provide advice on how I can accomplish this.?
