Trying to land the right deal
Hello Investors, I am new to the investment industry but not new to real estate. I currently work in apartment management, but now I want start buying my own properties, only looking to buy and hold right now. I'm looking for investors who have single and multi family properties. I am welling to offer an extra 10% above market value for your property. I am interested in the Orlando and Tampa area. Let me know if you have any property you'd like to get rid of. I have simple criteria, can not be built before 1978, welling to look and consider any conditions.
