Credit Score 510, any good?

I subscribed to the 'SmartMoves' by TransUnion that is promoted by BiggerPockets.......

I have a buyer!

Now that I am looking at their history I am puzzled.  Now this fella makes good money, has a union job at General Motors, been there for a good long time...   I would love to have this job!  Paid benefits, medical, etc.

BUT... as I look at this report I am puzzled how you can default on 31K for this and 17K for that or 11K for another, and all of the reports are saying 'writeoff or mumbo jumbo'...  I am puzzled.  It is not like there is a bad response from the folks that are owed money.  They just simply stated 'wewroteitoff' (some abbreviated stuff but means the same)..  I am wondering how they stay in business.

In the end:  SmartMoves recommended that I 'ACCEPT'.  And I appreciate the service as they know more than I do, but reading the details has me wondering how do you get away with owing 100K plus without paying and NOT be in jail/ prison or otherwise..

So back to my initial question:  Is 510 any good?

Always appreciate everybody's help here.  Thank you so much!

@Anthony Newbold  the reason he is not in jail is because we no longer have debtors prison... our debtors prison is now credit card debt and other consumer debt that people voluntarily get into .
