I am so sick of inspectors ruining deals and buyers wanting everything    Between the two it is enough to make you want to quit.   What's even worse is the inspectors are about half as good as they think they are, with egos inflated by ignorant buyers.  So they make Incorrect statement and ridiculous suggestions.   With no real recourse.   I could list  a bunch of examples and I am sure I am not alone.

Somebody tell me how to get back at these morons for destroying deals with incorrect information.

Just say no!

Repairs are a negotiation. Just  say no to the things the inspector points out. if your house is competitive then it will sell to someone else. however if it is not competitive then  your problem is you quality is not up to snuff and you will have to suck it in a  take what you can get. That may mean making trivial repairs.
