Condo not selling in San Diego

I've had a 1b/1ba 500sqft condo on the market for two months.  I've already done a price reduction, and now my realtor is suggesting a staging at a cost of $1200.  Every month this thing sits on the market it's costing me money, either by not having a tenant, or not selling.

At what point do I cut my losses and put a tenant back in there?
