Charleston, SC market is on fire!
Just a little update for you guys on the market here in Charleston, SC. The monthly report today from our Charleston Trident Association of Realtor's is that compared to this time last year our home sale prices have increased 3% and total volume sold has increased 16%. Those are some awesome numbers!!
