Hi all. I'm an Atlanta investor but just had something come up in Cincinnati - price hill area - and want to get a read on it. Based on my limited knowledge, it's got beautiful building bones and history but a rough current day environment, with a few failed promises of revitalization. Any local insight?

Holly depends on the area of Price Hill but for the most part it is steadily declining in my opinion.  If the opportunity is in the incline district of Price Hill that would be something worth considering.
