How to Analyze a Commercial property
I have a friend who's come into some family money and wants to buy a commercial property in Jacksonville Fl in historic downtown. He wants me to make the deal for him and I have no idea where to start. I want to make sure he makes the right offer for the best profit. This will be a buy and hold because he's starting a business.
