I'm 19 years old and have decided I want to start real estate investing. I want to know what I should start to study and read so I can be as prepared as possible for this career. I look over the forums but it's all kind of stuff I don't quite understand yet so I need a way to build my information up. I'm mostly interested in but and holds for monthly cash flow and I'd also like to flip houses as well eventually! Hopefully somebody could help me start on the right path

Hi Jack,

before you spend hundreds of hours listening to podcast I would start on some finance and mindset fundamentals.

Rich Dad Poor Dad

The Richest Man in Babylon

6 Month to 6 Figures

are three books I would highly recommend for this. I wish I would have read these when I was your age. All three are relatively quick reads and easy to follow and digest. They are also available on audible with non of them being over 6 hours long. Great audio for when you're preparing your breakfast, going to the gym, or doing more than an hour of driving.
