I have one of my homes listed throught postlets and today i discovered that on trulia my house was listed for sale by some agent. The agents name is mr michael. He has 7 propertys listed and there all 3/2 homes and he has them listed for $100k rent to own. And these 7 homes are all spread throught the country. To me it sounds like some type of rental scam he's running and my home was picked. Im trying to rent my home and people are woundering why its for sale. I believe you have to be a licensed agent to list on trulia? So how should i proceed with this? Who should i contact. My home is the one in florida. Heres a link to his profile. http://www.trulia.com/profile/mr-michael-agent---28805687/overview

I would contact Trulia and I would possibly try to contact the other owners of this agents listings to see if they are experiencing the same thing.

Also see if the broker is listed and contact him or her and lastly the real estate commission for your state.
