Hi there, I am looking to get an investment condo in South beach so wanted to see if anyone had an experience recently to advise if I should wait until next year or now is a good time. Thanks!

That's the question of the century. Prices have climbed again in South Florida and the condo market is being saturated with an overflow of inventory. I do not have a crystal ball but if I had to take a guess I'd say that the market will become stagnant at some point making condo developers having to lower prices and offer incentives. More condos are expecting to hit the market this upcoming year with less sales being marked on the board. Is waiting until next year a good idea, it all depends how great of a deal you are able to find now. Good luck!
