Help!!!Trying to use my veteran benefits.
How Can I owner finance a property and refinance with my VA benefits loan . It's a 4 unit property in Maryland for 150 k.. i am approved for it thru the VA loan program. Property might not pass va inspection .
Will refinance bypass the VA inspection?
