Hi there,

Does anyone know of any good turn key companies in Columbus Ohio or Cinncinati Ohio.  ?  Looking for any other turn key companies in markets that are good.  Looking to be in and fixed for around 70K and getting rents of 700-1000?

@Jami Morton have you checked out ohiocashflow.com?  I haven't done a deal with them yet, but have spoke with @Engelo Rumora a couple times and he is very knowledgeable and transparent regarding Ohio turnkey properties.
