I am looking at a multifamily property in Fort Myers and I'm trying to run the numbers. Any help would be appreciated, like how much for property management, insurance, and how much other expenses would run so I can have a realistic look at the costs. Anyone familiar with the area and could answer some questions let me know. Thanks!

Hi Jerry,

I'm not sure what areas yet. I want to buy and hold. I have a friend who lives there and she's sent me a map showing what  areas are good, sketchy etc. It will depend on the numbers and the property.
