MY FIRST REI PROPERTY MAY BE FREE - NEED HELP
Hello the all knowing BP community, I've found this 2/1 SFR. The owner lives out of state. She has had numerous problems with Property Managers, renters and finally the city. She is tired of it all, really tired. She simple wants this problem behind her. After many discussions she is at the point where she is satisfied just giving the property to me without a $ handed over. I want to stop the city from taking further actions like cutting grass & going through with their Board-up Order. Question: Do I put it under contract or do a Quit Claim?
