First portfolio lender meeting
Hey family, next week I have a big meeting with a private portfolio lender that has been lending money to real estate developers and investor since 1962 . It will be my first time and I am extremely nervous because I know a big part of being accepted is the way I present myself and my plan. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
