Working With investor Friendly Agents

As we work on building our team a friend, who is a licensed real estate agent, asked to be a part.

As I think of a strategy on working with her I came across some ideas, but am not sure about them.

Is anyone familiar with a "client gateway" a real estate agent can give you for access to MLS?

Also, I saw others saying you can apply for Real Estate Agent Assistant access code, for access to the MLS. The agent would have to sign of on it.

Thoughts? Other ideas on how to best work with a real estate agent you have a strong relationship with?
