Looking for a multi-family property in NJ!

Hello all! I'm very excited to be part of this movement with all of you guys/girls! I'm looking for my first investment property in NJ and I would love/appreciate your help/input! I'm not sure if I will be able to find a 4 plex in NJ since real estate is extremely expensive in my area. I live in Bergen county! A duplex seems more realistic, but I'm open/hopeful for the right deal even if it is not in my immediate area! Emmanuel- Thanks
