Comps for an overbuild
How do I come up with comparables if the house is the biggest one in the subdivision? The owner over built the property when he had an addition built and will definitely not get what he put into it, Im having a hard time coming up with comparables since there is nothing on the market like it in that neighborhood. HELP!
