I am looking to buy in Charleston, close to the Air Force base. Unfortunately, almost everything I'm finding has an HOA. I am going to live in this property but will likely rent it out or sell it in 2-4 years, or whenever our duty station changes. Any helpful information on here about HOAs specific to the Charleston area, or advice on buying with the intent to sell?
