Sacrifices for the 'Cause'
What are some of the wildest things you've heard of people buying ,selling, doing to get another property? I'm asking because I find myself with a lot of wants and not necessarily needs ie motorcycles, sports cars.

In a few days I am selling my BMW motorcycle and sold my Jeep Wrangler a few months ago to obtain extra capital for the purchase of three quad plexes.
It was a tough decision but overall a worthwhile sacrifice to create long term wealth.
