I have a contract on a 4-3 1650, Lot size: 9,827 sqft appraised 275K and AVR 398K. close to major university. the property needs work and taxes are delinquent. Is it possible to fix and rent using private or hard lender money. I would like to cash-flow but I would like to fix the property to get max rent for the area. any other options?
