Making Offers and the MLS

Happy Holidays All,

I hope the upcoming year is productive and prosperous for you all. 

Quick question for those with MLS access.

I am trying to figure out how to automatically create offers using the MLS. If there is no way using the MLS, is there reputable software out there that automates the process? And oh by the way, I'd like the offers to look handwritten.
