St. Petersburg Investor looking for contractor recommendations!

Hi everyone!

My brother and I have a fourplex in St. Petersburg Florida under contract. We're looking to have it inspected and checked for termites. 

I'm wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a home inspector or a termite person that they trust.
