I'm 16, so this might be a few years ahead, but I all ways love to plan everything ahead of time.  I would love and really appreciate it if some one explained to me in detail the proccess in which one has to go through in order to quallify as a section 8 "renter,"for lack of a better term. WHO would I need to go to, WHERE would I need to go, and finally, HOW is this process going to look like step by step. I would really, really appreciate it if someone helped me out on this. Thanks, Jacob.
