Question regarding asbestos siding in Michigan

Hello fellow BPers- Question regarding asbestos- I've found some potential rental housing investments as well as flip opportunities in some of the neighborhoods I'm farming which have asbestos siding. - I know asbestos generally needs to be inspected to determine course of action, however has anyone found asbestos siding (if in good shape) to generally be an issue for renters or prospective buyers? Is this something that you'd recommend 'definitely' get changed, or if in good shape and verified by a certified asbestos abatement company ok to leave ? - for example, I have a 900 sq ft ranch which is a good flip opportunity - any general guidance on how much I would expect to pay to have asbestos siding removed ?? Thanks in advance.. Erik ROMZEK
