investment financing

If you purchase an investment property (in an llc) using all cash for the purchase and rehab work, what is the best way to finance that property that will allow you to finance up to 80% of the properties value after the improvements are made and the property is rented and producing a positive cash flow?

Michael O'Neill if you want financing with your LLC as the borrower, a bank portfolio loan is your best bet. And with 20%equity you shouldn't have an issue. Find a local community bank and a larger regional bank. Both are good options.

Thank you for your reply.  It helps having a network of professionals willing to share their knowledge with those of us just getting started.  Thanks again.
