Investing in Westend Atlanta
Hello all, I am in the process of preparing to invest in my first property in Atlanta. I heard from a broker that a good area to invest in as a new investor at my price point is potential the Westend Atlanta. Can anyone provide some insight and if this is a good area to drive into? I live and went to near that area so I am somewhat familiar with it. Any advice would be very helpful!

@Eric Scott West End has been the next big area for the last 25 years, however, with the Westside Beltline it may actually happen this time. Do you want to flip or buy and hold?
