Curious about what other investors experience may be with buying turn keys SFR's in the Midwest? What are somethings I need to watch out for? I would be purchasing in my local market, and I do see a value to having a property rent ready when I purchase with property Mgmt and tenants in place. Especially because of my lack of expertise in rehabbing property and my time constraints. How to I make sure I don't get burned?
