Seed Captial Private Equity
I am looking to form a Real Estate Investment Group with a number of professional investors to discuss raising seed capital for private equity to build homes for the Section 8 Program for people with disabilities. How does one go about doing it the return is great and they do not have to wait to sell the homes because it is rental property in Houston, Texas.
